This Returns Policy outlines the procedures, conditions, and responsibilities for returning products purchased from Best Kitchen Appliances.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The item is slightly opened and in resalable condition

• Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included

• Valid proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our support team via phone or email

• Provide your order number and reason for return

• Await return authorization and detailed instructions

• Return the item in-store or via the approved return method

• Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to:

• Product defects

• Incorrect deliveries

• Transit damage

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs of KSH 1,000.

Best Kitchen Appliances is not liable for lost or damaged returns that are not properly packaged or shipped using a trackable method.

4. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

Once approved:

• The product qualifies for a refund or exchange

• You will receive confirmation of the return status

If the product does not meet inspection standards, it may be returned to the customer without refund or exchange.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to:

• Condition of the returned item

• Approval after inspection

If there is a price difference between the returned item and the replacement, the balance must be paid before dispatch.

6. Late or Rejected Returns

Returns submitted outside the allowed return window may be declined.
Products that fail to comply with this policy will not qualify for refund or exchange.
